A & D Charitable Foundation is a non-profit, non-government organization providing services that give your loved ones the assistance they deserve, within their own home. They provide home health care supportive services to the under-insured, uninsured and to those in need. They provide skilled nursing, home health aides, physical, speech, occupational therapies and social work.
