Event Description:
As a Dow Visiting Scholar & Artist, Dr. Hicks will shape her programming around the exhibition David C. Driskell & Friends: Creativity, Collaboration & Friendship, on view at the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum on campus at SVSU through February 22. Dr. Veronica Hicks will present a lecture in the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum on Wednesday, February 5 at 6:00pm titled, “Realizing Davis Driskell’s Vision: The Role of African American Art in Shaping Our Collective Future.”
Directions:
The Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum is located on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University, 7400 Bay Road, University Center, Michigan.
