The Saginaw County Landlords Association assists landlords in conducting their business in a professional and efficient manner. We screen prospective tenants, doing background and credit checks, help with leases, court papers, and recovery of monies owed. We have meetings several times a year, with guest speakers and topics on the landlording business.
